Accommodating roommates can be a tricking and stressful situation, which is why we offer individual housing contracts. Our housing contracts last for 12 months starting in August and ending in late July, coinciding with The University of Texas at San Antonio’s academic calendar. Individual housing contracts mean your student is only responsible for their own monthly installment payments and will not be held accountable for damages incurred by roommates, including late payments or housing contract breaches.
